The "Dive Point" dive boat (25meters long) - is the actual dive base. It is the only fully equipped dive boat on Koh Tao.

As safety is our primary factor, we have a 40ltr oxygen unit and a first aid kit on board. All of our staff members have first aid training & are familiar with dive emergency procedures. Dive equipment that is in good working condition is paramount to safety. Thus, our equipment is maintained on a continual basis throughout the season and gets a complete overhaul annually.

Providing the ultimate in customer service is yet another factor that sets us apart from the rest. Our divers don't need to worry about setting up equipment or changing tanks between the dives. We do it all for you, so you can relax on one of our decks & enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Our staff brief newcomers on the boat, regarding facilities and safety procedures. Dive site briefings are also given prior to each dive.
We prefer small groups consisting of a maximum of 4 divers per instructor or dive-master. This allows us to offer a high level of supervision and comfort. After-all, diving is supposed to be fun!

We offer morning, afternoon, full day trips and night dives.
Check out our special dive safari. This trip is exclusive to Dive Point and was designed to offer something different for our divers. It's tailored to focus on the most popular dive sites in the gulf of Thailand including an overnight camping experience at the picturesque Angthong National Marine Park.

  The lower deck is equipped with two compressor units for tank filling - filters are changed every 12 hrs to ensure clean air. The equipment room is stocked with equipment for approx. 30 divers in a range of sizes. This eliminates the need for Dive Point customers to carry equipment from the shop to the boat as everything is already onboard! Of course there is also a toilet onboard.

On the middle deck you will find the cabin and a spacious, shaded lounging area where divers can relax between the dives. We also have a kitchen where our cook prepares breakfast for our early morning divers and where you can help yourself to coffee, tea, water & fruits free of charge. Chocolate bars & soft drinks are available for purchase.

The upper deck is for those who wish to work on their "sun-kissed look" or for those just wanting to get the best view as the boat moves from dive site to dive site. Some of the best pictures of the island & it's bays can be taken from here as it allows for a 360 degree view.
